The Introduction

Sim State - once a living University. It's heart beating with students from Sims 2 Communities far and wide.

One day, the heart beat faded. The University was deserted, falling into ruins. As the dust settled in, and memories began to fade as well .... a thought became an idea. An idea became a reality and soon Sim State University began to breath with life and a new world was born. Renamed Neighborly Sim State, the old University did fade away, but in it's place - a thriving Sims 3 Community.

Restructuring the old into new, some of the Students, now Young Adults with careers, returned. Regrouping with their old Uni friends, moving into their refurbished University buildings - they began to hear the heart beating once again.

Although it will never be the same, it will be better than ever before with new activities to explore and new friendships to make and to grow. But always remembering and still holding on to just a little bit of the past.

A new life begins here... at Neighborly Sim State. A Sims 3 version of the Sims 2 Sim State University.

Very nice! I never played the families but I was always sending my Sims' kids to college and played them there. I loved that expansion and still miss it.

Are these families already installed, or do I have to do it manually? Also what expansion packs and stuff packs did you use? Apparently, I can't find out because for some reason, I can't see the whole pop-up thing that tells me from the Exchange. It's irritating.
